Kathleen Walsh is an experienced leader in the Outdoor Hospitality Industry and the Founder and CEO of Advanced Outdoor Management. She began her career as Chief Financial Officer for a large outdoor hospitality developer and quickly emerged as a ground breaker for bringing technology to the industry. She has managed and developed over 500 million dollars in real estate venues since starting AOS in 2014.

With a passion for the Outdoor Hospitality Industry, she keeps an ever-vigilant ear to the ground, assuring her position as a nationwide leader on what it takes to succeed in the contemporary camping market. Kathleen is a well-known and sought-after speaker on topics such as Resort Campground Planning, Revenue Maximization, and Park Management.

As COO for Advanced Outdoor Management, Rachel Godbout’s role is to lead all internal teams and work directly with our clients to ensure their investments are managed with expertise. Through her vast experience in Hospitality, she can identify opportunities to maximize growth potential and revenue to implement advanced business strategies and practices. One significant area of focus for Rachel is finding ways to utilize cutting-edge technology to enhance the guest experience and control operational costs.

Rachel holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Pittsburgh and a master’s degree in Marketing Systems from The Florida Institute of Technology. She is a certified Event Planner, certified in CRM Implementation, a recognized community service member, and a national speaker for National RV Industry events.
